A base that does the work

The NeverTouch Pro base has one container for clean water and one for dirt. When the robot comes home, the base empties the dust bin, refills the water tank and washes and dries the mop pad – ready for the next run.

Vacuum and mop without switching

The robot picks up and drops off the mop pad at the base on its own. Choose vacuuming only, or vacuuming and mopping in the same run – rugs stay dry, because the pad lifts over them.

Steers around what's on the floor

A 3D sensor spots objects on the floor and steers around them, and LiDAR maps the home day and night so you can choose rooms in the app.

    I was contemplating if it would be really worth paying this much money for a hoover & mop. After all it's not that hard to do it yourself right? But because I am a busy mum of 2, having 3 dogs in the house and working, it is impossible to keep the floors as clean as I would want them to be. Well not with this robot!! I am so glad I ordered it. After a very easy set up it maps the house. I sent the robot to work, it hoovered and mopped and I was speechless. The floors were spotless. It's amazing as after filling the water tank with clean water you don't have to do anything, just press a button. The mop gets cleaned in the base, the bin gets emptied.

    Love the vacuum! It's made such a difference to our floor, we've got 2 dogs and 2 young kids so were forever going around vacuuming, but this has made such a difference. We set it to go round once a night and then (depending on how messy the kids have been) it comes out again during the day. The mop is great too, all in all we love it and wish we got it sooner.

    OMG I love our new addition - faff sorting wifi and it would only connect on 2.4 not 5.. come on Shark it's not the 90's! That aside I blooming love this - took ages thinking and researching then went with a brand I trusted - Shark! Which colour do you sell?

We sell the white version. The robot, base and features are the same as the black one.

How often do I need to do anything?

Refill clean water and empty the dirty water in the base about once a month, and empty the dust container in the base up to every 60 days, according to Shark – depending on how often and how much it cleans.

Which floors can it mop?

Sealed hard floors such as wood, laminate, vinyl and tiles. Rugs are vacuumed, and the pad lifts so they don't get wet.

Do I need the app?

The robot starts with the button on top, but maps, schedules, room select and no-go zones are set in the free SharkClean app. It needs 2.4 GHz wifi.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description

A robot that vacuums and mops, and takes care of most of the upkeep itself. The NeverTouch Pro base empties the robot after every run, refills it with clean water, washes the mop pad and dries it. According to Shark the base holds up to 60 days of dust and the water lasts up to 30 days.

The robot picks up and drops off the mop pad at the base on its own, so you don't have to switch between vacuuming and mopping. In vacuum + mop mode it lifts the pad so rugs don't get wet, and Wet EdgeDetect pushes the pad out towards walls and corners. DirtDetect, EdgeDetect and FloorDetect adjust suction to dirt, edges and floor type.

NeverStuck raises the robot over thresholds and rugs, 360° LiDAR maps your home, and in the SharkClean app you set schedules and choose rooms and rug zones. The Anti Hair Wrap brush roll picks up pet hair without tangling. According to Shark it runs up to 110 minutes on hard floors in low mode.
