Frequently asked questions
Where is my order?
Once your payment has gone through, you receive an order confirmation by email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. The carrier may notify you by text message or email when your parcel is on its way or ready to collect. Has your parcel not arrived within the delivery time shown at checkout? Email us with your order number and we will find out where it is.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the delivery option you choose. The delivery time for each option is listed on the Delivery page and shown at checkout before you pay.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery option. It is added to the price of the goods, and you see the total amount at checkout before you pay.
How do I withdraw from a purchase?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Email us at [e-post] within 14 days to say that you want to withdraw from the purchase, ideally with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form on the Returns and withdrawal page. You pay the cost of returning the item.
My item is broken or doesn't work. What should I do?
Email us at [e-post] with your order number, a short description of the fault and, if possible, photos. You can make a complaint for 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. We will tell you how to send the item back, and if it is faulty, we pay the return cost.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna, on our payment service provider's secure payment page. We never see your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If we haven't sent your order yet, we will try to change it. If you want to cancel the purchase, you can use your right of withdrawal, even before you receive the item.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
No, we only deliver to addresses in Sweden.
