Scope
These terms apply to purchases that consumers make in the online shop for delivery in Sweden. They apply together with the information at checkout and on the Delivery and Returns and withdrawal pages.
The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the website when you place your order. You can shop in Swedish or English.
Orders and contract
- You add items to your cart and go to checkout.
- You enter your email address, mobile number and delivery address, choose a delivery option and accept these terms. Before you continue to payment, you can check and correct your details and go back to your cart.
- You pay on the payment service provider's secure payment page.
- When your payment has been accepted, we send an order confirmation to your email address.
The contract is concluded when your payment has been accepted and we have confirmed your order by email. If the payment does not go through, no purchase is made.
We keep a record of your order. The order confirmation contains the details of your purchase, so please keep it.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are final prices for the goods. Shipping is added on top. You see the shipping cost and the total amount at checkout before you pay.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna. You pay on our payment service provider's secure payment page. We never have access to your card details.
If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we are not bound by it. If you have already paid, you then get the full amount back.
Delivery
We only deliver to addresses in Sweden. You can see the delivery options, delivery times and shipping costs on the Delivery page and at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract was concluded.
The goods are at our risk until you have received them. If delivery is late, you have rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, for example to cancel the purchase and get your money back under certain conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. You pay the cost of returning them. How to withdraw, which exceptions apply and how refunds work are explained on the Returns and withdrawal page, where you will also find the withdrawal form.
Complaints and guarantees
You have a 3-year right to complain about faults under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen, 2022:260) for faults that existed when you received the goods. A fault that appears within 2 years is presumed to have existed from the start, unless we can show otherwise.
Make your complaint within a reasonable time after you notice the fault. A complaint made within 2 months is always in time. How to complain is explained on the Returns and withdrawal page.
If the goods are faulty, you have the right to have them repaired or replaced free of charge. If that is not possible, or takes too long, you can get a price reduction or cancel the purchase. We pay the cost of returning faulty goods.
Because the contract is governed by French law, you also have the statutory guarantees of French law: the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, Article L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code, code civil).
If we or the manufacturer offer a guarantee for a product, it applies in addition to your statutory rights and never limits them.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or other obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control that we could not reasonably foresee or avoid, such as natural disasters, war, strikes or decisions by public authorities. This does not affect your right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.
We never limit our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for personal injury or for damage we have caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your purchase. How we do this and what rights you have are explained on the Privacy policy page.
Applicable law
The contract is governed by French law. This choice of law never deprives you of the protection you have under mandatory provisions of Swedish law, such as the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
Disputes
Not happy? Please contact us first at [e-post] and we will try to find a solution together with you.
If we cannot agree, you can get help outside the courts:
- Konsument Europa, the European Consumer Centre in Sweden, gives free advice when you have bought from a business in another EU country.
- You can turn, free of charge, to our French consumer mediator: [konsumentmedlare]. Before doing so, you must have complained to us in writing, and you must contact the mediator within one year of your complaint.
- The National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) handles disputes with businesses that target the Swedish market. ARN's own rules apply, for example on fees and minimum amounts.
You can also always take the matter to a court in Sweden.
