How to withdraw from your purchase
The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts on the day you receive your item. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.
- Tell us within 14 days that you want to withdraw from the purchase. Email [e-post] and include your order number. You can use the withdrawal form further down this page, but you don't have to. A clear statement is enough.
- We will reply and tell you where to send the item.
- Send the item back no later than 14 days after you told us. You pay the cost of returning it. Keep the receipt or tracking number as proof that you have sent it.
- We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your message. See Refunds below.
It is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends. You can also withdraw before you have received the item.
Goods not covered by the right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if you have broken the seal
- sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software, if you have broken the seal
Not sure whether an item is covered by the right of withdrawal? Feel free to ask us before you buy.
Condition of the goods
You may examine the item in the same way as you would in a shop, for example look at it and check that it works.
If you have handled the item more than that, and its value has gone down as a result, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Pack the item carefully when you send it back and include all parts and accessories.
Refunds
We refund what you paid for the goods no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
If you withdraw from the whole purchase, we also refund the cost of delivering it to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest one, we refund the amount of the cheapest option.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it, whichever happens first.
We refund you using the same payment method you used, unless we agree on something else. The refund costs you nothing.

Complaints about faulty goods
If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. We are responsible for faults that existed when you received the item and that appear within 3 years. A fault that appears within 2 years is presumed to have existed from the start, unless we can show otherwise.
Make your complaint within a reasonable time after you notice the fault. A complaint made within 2 months is always in time.
- Email us at [e-post] or write to [adress].
- Give your order number and the item concerned, and describe the fault. Photos help.
- We will tell you how to send the item back. If the item is faulty, we pay the return cost.
You have the right to have the item repaired or replaced free of charge. If that is not possible, or takes too long, you can get a price reduction or cancel the purchase and get your money back. Normal wear and tear and damage that happened after delivery, for example through accidents or misuse, do not count as faults.
