So good, saves hours and I now have lovely clean and mopped floors. Helps me keep on top of the heavy use areas. Genius how it vacuums and mops, even gets under sofas etc. When mapping move everything, then if things are in the way it goes round them. We are a family of 5 so loving that downstairs carpets get vacuumed and floors cleaned every day. I bring it upstairs and use the 5 x 5 function on bathroom floors too. I honestly cannot recommend this product enough. If you are thinking about it go for it, you won't regret it!

This guy is my new favourite member of the family. Clark the shark. I am so glad I went for the 2 in 1 mop and hoover as the mopping function is amazing! The floor looks immaculate every time and it saves me so much hassle. When I mop the floor ends up too wet or there's streaky lines everywhere but this never happens with the robot shark. I can not recommend it enough.

I bought this a few days ago, after a few days of use I have to say this product is a life saver, with 2 moulting doggies, it can be difficult keeping on top of the hoovering whilst working all day, as many other reviews mention it takes the stress away from vacuuming and mopping, all you need to do depending on the model is attach the mop head attachment. I'd say the mobile app setup is relatively easy, it's the mapping that could go wrong if the dogs are out and about as it can mess with the Lidar 360 sensor. So when you do a map scan make sure the doggies are put away into a room you don't want scanned or outside during the process.

This robot vacuum & mop is excellent. It is also very thorough with its cleaning pattern. However, this is only great on the floor you mapped. While it cleans unmapped floors as well, it's not as thorough on those floors (but it's still good!). Another plus side is that it is quite quiet, which is great! This is definitely a great addition to our house. Love leaving the house and coming back to a nicely clean floor! The downside of this product is the app. The app needs more improvement! It would be great to have the ability to map more floors so we can add no go areas and be sure it won't fall down the stairs as well.

Product FAQ

Does it empty itself?

No. This model has a regular charging dock, so the dust bin is emptied by hand. If you want self-emptying, the Shark PowerDetect robots with a base are an option.

Which floors can it mop?

Sealed hard floors such as wood, laminate, vinyl and tiles. Remove the mop module when it needs to vacuum carpets.

Do I need the app?

The robot starts with the button on top, but maps, schedules, room select and no-go zones are set in the free SharkClean app. It needs 2.4 GHz wifi.

Does it handle several floors?

The map is saved for one floor. You can carry the robot upstairs and let it clean without a map, but it is most thorough on the floor you have mapped.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description

A robot that vacuums the whole home and then mops the hard floors while you do something else. With Matrix Clean it drives in a tight grid and passes several times over dirty areas, instead of just going back and forth once.

360° LiDAR maps the home day and night. In the SharkClean app you choose rooms, set schedules and mark rugs and no-go zones. CleanEdge Detect blows dirt out of edges and corners, and the self-cleaning brush roll with Anti Hair Wrap deals with pet hair without tangling.

With the mop module fitted it scrubs hard floors with sonic mopping, up to 100 times a minute according to Shark – safe on sealed floors such as wood, laminate and tiles. When the battery runs low it drives home, charges and carries on where it stopped. According to Shark one charge lasts up to 110 minutes on hard floors in low mode.
