The whole home in one run

Thresholds to the bathroom and rails by the patio door usually stop a robot. Saros 20 Neo lifts its chassis and climbs over – according to Roborock up to 4.5 cm in one step – so it can clean room after room without you carrying it.

Where the dust hides

Under the bed and sofa dust gathers where no vacuum reaches. The robot retracts its navigation sensor and drives into spaces down to 7.95 cm, and the side brush and edge mop reach out to walls and into corners.

A dock that does the work

When the robot comes home, the dock empties the dust into a bag, washes the mops and refills the robot's tank with hot water. You change the bag when it's full and top up clean water – it handles the rest.

Product FAQ

How does it differ from Saros 20?

Both have 36,000 Pa suction and lift over thresholds according to Roborock. Saros 20 Neo refills the robot's tank with hot water and comes with extra mop pads, bags, brush and filter in the box.

Do I need a water and drain connection?

No. The dock has a clean-water tank and a dirty-water tank that you fill and empty by hand.

Will rugs get wet?

The robot detects rugs and can lift the mops. In the app you choose how it treats rugs, for example vacuuming them without mopping.

Which features need the app?

Maps, zones, schedules and some features such as stain-targeted cleaning and cleaning behind curtains are set up and switched on in the Roborock app.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description

Saros 20 Neo vacuums and mops the whole home and handles most of its own upkeep. The station refills the robot's tank with hot water, washes the mops and empties the dust, so you mostly just change the bag and top up clean water now and then.

The chassis can lift itself over thresholds – according to Roborock up to 4.5 cm in one step and 8.79 cm in two – and the navigation sensor retracts so the robot gets under furniture down to 7.95 cm. Structured light and an RGB camera help it see and drive around cables, socks and other things on the floor, day and night.

Suction is 36,000 Pa according to Roborock, and the main brush and side brush are built so hair doesn't tangle. The mops clean with hot water, and the side brush and edge mop reach out to walls and into corners.

Extra mop pads, dust bags, a spare brush and a filter come in the box, so you can get started without buying anything else.
