The floor stays fresh between the big cleans

Crumbs under the kitchen table, grit in the hall and hair in the living room – everyday dirt is what makes a floor feel dirty the day after you cleaned. Schedule Q7 M5 in the app and it does a round every day while you're out, vacuuming and mopping in the same pass.

A map of the whole home

The LiDAR sensor on top scans the room 360° and draws a map the robot follows in straight lanes. It remembers several floors, so you can carry it upstairs and let it run. In the app you draw no-go zones, for example around food bowls or cables, and the robot itself suggests tricky spots under chairs and tables.

Mopping you control

The water tank is electric with three water-flow levels: a little for wooden floors, more for tiles in the hall. The mop is a flat cloth that follows the robot – it keeps the floor fresh but does not replace scrubbing dried-in stains. In DEEP+ mode the robot drives slower and in tighter lanes to tackle tougher dirt.

Product FAQ

Does Q7 M5 empty its own dustbin?

No. Q7 M5 has a simple charging dock. The dustbin and water tank sit together at the back of the robot and are emptied by hand. If you want auto-empty, Q7 L5+ and Q10 S5+ come with an emptying station.

How does it mop?

With a flat mop cloth under the robot that follows the cleaning route. You set the water flow in three levels in the app. The mop does not vibrate or rotate, so it suits keeping the floor fresh – not scrubbing away dried-in stains.

How long does charging take?

According to Roborock about 3–4 hours from 20 to 100 %. If the battery runs low mid-clean, the robot goes home, charges to 80 % and carries on where it stopped.

Can it handle several floors?

Yes. The robot recognises which floor it's on and saves a map per floor. The dock stays on one floor – on the others you start the robot from the app.

Does it work with pets?

The main brush has a comb and the side brush is built to stop hair wrapping around it, which reduces tangling. You'll empty the bin more often in a home with lots of pet hair.

The robot maps your home with 360° LiDAR and drives in straight, planned lanes instead of bouncing around. It remembers maps for several floors, so you can carry it upstairs and start right away. In the app you set no-go zones, schedule cleaning and choose between three water-flow levels when it mops.

Suction is 10,000 Pa according to Roborock, and it boosts automatically when the robot drives onto a rug. The comb main brush and the anti-tangle side brush are designed to stop hair wrapping around the brushes – useful in homes with pets or long hair.

Q7 M5 has a simple charging dock without auto-empty, which keeps it small and easy to place. The dustbin and water tank sit together at the back of the robot and are emptied by hand.
