Product FAQ

What is the difference between Standard Combo and Adventure Combo?

Standard Combo: camera, 1 battery, 1 quick-release mount, adhesive base, USB-C cable and lens cover. Adventure Combo: camera, 3 batteries, 2 quick-release mounts, adhesive base, USB-C cable, lens cover, Multifunctional Battery Case 3 and a 1.5 m extension rod.

Can I change the lens?

Yes, there are accessory lenses: a macro lens for close-ups and the FOV Boost Lens that widens the field of view to 182°.

Do I need a case to dive?

The camera is waterproof to 20 m without a case. For dives down to 60 m there is a separate waterproof case for Osmo Action 6.

Can I take the batteries on a plane?

The batteries are lithium batteries (Osmo Action 6-batteri). Under 100 Wh they can normally travel in hand luggage, but not in checked baggage. Discharge them to about 30 %, protect the terminals and always check your airline's rules before you travel.

Description

Osmo Action 6 is DJI's first action camera with a variable aperture. You switch between f/2.0 and f/4.0 to control light, depth of field and sharpness – from evening shots in the city to bright mountain landscapes – or let auto mode choose.

The new square 1/1.1-inch sensor films 4K/120 in 4:3 with 13.5 stops of dynamic range according to DJI. SuperNight gives clearer video in low light, 4K Custom lets you film first and crop later, and Natural Wide reduces distortion in vlogs.

RockSteady 3.0 removes vibrations and HorizonSteady keeps the horizon level up to 4K/60. With OsmoAudio you connect two DJI microphones directly, and pre-recording captures up to 5 minutes before you press record.

The camera is waterproof to 20 m without a case, handles −20 °C and has up to 4 hours of run time according to DJI. 50 GB of built-in storage, Wi-Fi 6 and USB 3.1 get you started straight away.
