Real telephoto, not a crop

The telephoto camera has its own sensor and an f/1.8 aperture. It gives a compressed perspective where the subject separates from the background – good for portraits, interviews and detail shots. The wide angle takes the rest.

The 3-axis gimbal smooths out your steps as you walk and film. Turn the camera for vertical mode and control everything from the 2-inch touchscreen and the customisable buttons.

What is the difference between Standard Combo and Vlog Combo?

Both have the camera, USB-C cable, Osmo Pocket 4 Fill Light, wrist strap, handle with 1/4" thread and carrying pouch. The Vlog Combo also has Osmo FrameTap with charging cable, a DJI Mic Mini 2 transmitter with charging cable, windscreen, white and black front covers, magnetic clip and magnet, an extra wrist strap, Osmo Mini Tripod and a carrying bag.

What is the difference between Pocket 4P and Pocket 4?

Pocket 4P has two cameras with a 60 mm telephoto, up to 12× zoom, up to 17 stops of dynamic range and D-Log 2. Pocket 4 has one camera, up to 4× video zoom and 14 stops, but longer battery life (up to 240 min versus 210 min) and 107 GB of storage versus 103 GB.

Do I need a memory card?

No, the camera has 103 GB of built-in storage, so you can start filming straight away.

Can I take the batteries on a plane?

The batteries are lithium batteries (Osmo Pocket 4P, inbyggt batteri). Under 100 Wh they can normally travel in hand luggage, but not in checked baggage. Discharge them to about 30 %, protect the terminals and always check your airline's rules before you travel.

Description

DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is a pocket camera with a built-in 3-axis gimbal and two real cameras: a 20 mm wide angle with a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a separate 60 mm telephoto with a 1/1.28-inch sensor and f/1.8 aperture. The wide angle handles landscapes, groups and vlogs, the telephoto gives portraits and details with natural depth – it is not a digital crop.

The wide camera reaches up to 17 stops of dynamic range with 10-bit D-Log 2 according to DJI, so you keep detail in backlight and sunsets. You film slow motion in up to 4K/240 fps with the wide angle and 4K/200 fps with the telephoto, and zoom up to 12×.

ActiveTrack 8.0 keeps the subject in frame, even when you zoom, and can follow up to eight people in the same scene. The 2-inch OLED touchscreen, vertical mode and customisable buttons make the camera quick to use when you film on your own.

The camera weighs 230 g, has 103 GB of built-in storage and up to 210 minutes of battery life according to DJI. Choose the Standard Combo, or the Vlog Combo with a DJI Mic Mini 2 transmitter, Osmo FrameTap and Osmo Mini Tripod among other things.
