Lito 1 is made so you can focus on the picture. Obstacle sensing brakes or steers around obstacles, and Return to Home brings the drone back. There is also a simulator app to practise in.

Product FAQ

Do I need to register or get a drone licence?

DJI Lito 1 is class C0. Because it has a camera, you must register as a drone operator with the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen) and label the drone with your operator ID before you fly. No training is required for C0, but read the manual and follow the open-category rules: max 120 m altitude, visual line of sight and never over crowds. Always check where you may fly, for example near airports and in nature reserves, and respect other people's privacy when filming.

What is the difference between the kits?

With RC-N3: Lito 1, the RC-N3 controller with cable, one battery, gimbal protector, screwdriver and spare propellers. The Fly More Combo also has three batteries in total, a charging hub, three sets of spare propellers and a shoulder bag.

How does Lito 1 differ from Lito X1?

Lito X1 has a larger sensor (1/1.3-inch), 4K/60 fps HDR, forward LiDAR and 42 GB of internal storage. Lito 1 has a 1/2-inch sensor and is a simpler entry model.

Do I need a memory card?

Yes. Lito 1 has no internal storage, so you need a microSD card to record.

Do I need a phone?

Yes. The RC-N3 has no screen of its own, so you mount your phone on the controller and use the DJI Fly app.

Can I take the batteries on a plane?

The batteries are lithium batteries (DJI Lito 1 Intelligent Flight Battery). Under 100 Wh they can normally travel in hand luggage, but not in checked baggage. Discharge them to about 30 %, protect the terminals and always check your airline's rules before you travel.

Description

DJI Lito 1 is a camera drone for those who want to get started with aerial photography without learning everything from scratch. It weighs under 249 g, folds into a small package and comes along on the trip, the hike or the outing.

The camera sits on a 3-axis gimbal and has a 1/2-inch 48 MP sensor. You film in up to 4K/60 fps, 4K/100 fps slow motion and vertical 2.7K for social media, and take stills at up to 8K.

All-round obstacle sensing, ActiveTrack and Return to Home make it safe to fly, and QuickShots, MasterShots, Hyperlapse and Panorama handle the camera moves for you. According to DJI it flies for up to 36 minutes, O4 gives a 1080p/60 fps live view at up to 15 km, and it handles level 5 winds.

You move files quickly to your phone with QuickTransfer over Wi-Fi 6. Lito 1 has no internal storage, so you need a microSD card.
