A still winter morning

SNÖ is fresh and cold with a woody note – like the air after a night of snow. Light it when it is dark outside and let it burn until the whole surface has melted the first time.

Rapeseed wax and frosted glass

The wax is Swedish rapeseed wax and the wick is cotton. Trim the wick to about half a centimetre before relighting.

How do I get an even burn?

Let it burn for two to three hours the first time, until the whole surface has melted. Trim the wick before each lighting.

What should I keep in mind while it burns?

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets. Keep candles out of draughts and apart from each other, and put it out when about a centimetre is left. Also read the safety text on the packaging.

Description

SNÖ is Skandinavisk’s winter candle: a fresh, cold scent with a woody note and a Nordic feel – think fresh snow and a still forest on a January morning.

The candle is made of Swedish rapeseed wax with a cotton wick. It sits in a frosted white glass with a wooden lid that works as a coaster while it burns and as a snuffer afterwards. The glass and box are a seasonal special edition.

The small 65 g candle makes a good gift or guest-room candle, the 200 g one suits the living room. When it is finished, the glass becomes a tealight holder.
