How to use it

Put the reeds in the glass and let the scent build up over a few days. There is no need to flip them. When the liquid runs out, switch to new reeds as you refill.

How long does it last?

According to Skandinavisk 200 ml lasts for up to three months. How long it lasts for you depends on how many reeds you use and how warm and draughty the room is.

Should I flip the reeds?

No, there is no need. For a stronger scent, add more reeds.

Can I use other reeds or another glass?

Skandinavisk recommends using only their glass and the reeds supplied – otherwise scent and lifetime may suffer.

Is the liquid safe on furniture?

Avoid spills – the fragrance can mark wood, lacquer and fabrics. A coaster under the glass is a good idea.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description

Refill for the Skandinavisk ØY 200 ml scent diffuser. Green and cool, like a summer island in the archipelago. ØY means “island” in Norwegian, and the scent is built on crabapple and dog rose, water mosses and green leaves.

The bottle is recycled plastic and holds 200 ml of fragrance and eight new reeds. Pour the liquid carefully into the glass, switch to the new reeds and rinse the bottle for recycling. According to Skandinavisk a refill lasts for up to three more months.

We do not sell the glass diffuser in this scent right now – the refill fits Skandinavisk’s 200 ml glass.
