Pizza night runs itself

One scoop of pellets is enough

Gratins, tray bakes and whole roasts fit. The Pro-Heat tray handles 370 °C and the rack lifts the meat so it cooks all round.

What's included?

A 30 × 30 cm Pro-Heat tray, roasting rack, pizza stone, adjustable accessory frame, pellet scoop and a wood pellet starter pack that lasts about six cooks according to Ninja. Pizza peel and stand are sold separately.

How big and heavy is it?

About 45 × 54 × 38 cm and 22 kg. Place it on a sturdy table or stand outdoors.

Can I use it on my balcony?

It's electric with no open flame, but the smoker function produces smoke. Always check the rules of your housing association. It's for outdoor use only.

Which pellets do I need?

Ninja Woodfire hardwood pellets. A starter pack with two blends and a scoop is included. The pellets only add flavour, so one scoop is enough per cook.

Description

An outdoor oven for the whole meal: pizza, roast chicken, smoked ribs and bread – without wood or gas. Ninja Woodfire runs on electricity and is set from 40 to 370 °C with the dials.

Eight functions: Pizza, Max Roast, Gourmet Roast, Top Heat, Bake, Smoker, Dehydrate and Keep Warm. Six pizza settings (Artisan, Thin, New York, Deep Pan, Calzone and Custom) bake a 30 cm pizza in under three minutes without turning (after preheating, at 370 °C).

Woodfire Technology burns one scoop of wood pellets for real smoky flavour – in any function and at any temperature. The pellets only add flavour, the heat comes from electricity.

The oven holds up to 5 kg of beef, a whole 3 kg chicken with vegetables, two racks of ribs or a 20 × 28 cm dish. It's made to stay outdoors all year. Outdoor use only.
