Yes, the dough hooks handle smaller amounts. Heavy doughs in large amounts are better suited to a stand mixer.

Which parts are dishwasher safe?

The removable parts that touch food can go in the dishwasher according to Russell Hobbs. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth and never immerse it in water.

Description

A hand mixer that keeps itself tidy. Swirl has a snap-on case where the beaters, dough hooks and cord are stored, so you never have to hunt in the drawer.

The helix beaters are shaped to mix batter more evenly with less splatter. Five speeds and turbo take you from gentle stirring to fluffy cream, and the balloon whisk and dough hooks do the rest.

The mixer runs at 350 W, has an eject button for the attachments and stands upright on the counter. The attachments are dishwasher safe.

For anyone who bakes often and wants a tidy cupboard.
