Do I need ice?

No. You pour in the liquid and the machine chills it itself – the drink isn't watered down.

Does it work with sugar-free drinks?

No. According to Ninja, the liquid must contain sugar or a sugar alternative to become slush. The machine tells you if more is needed.

How long does it take?

According to Ninja 15–60 minutes depending on ingredients, volume and starting temperature. Fridge-cold liquid is quicker.

How is it different from SLUSHi (FS301)?

XL has a bigger container (3.7 l vs 2.5 l), SlushAssist and 15 manual temperature settings.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description

Bigger container, more glasses. SLUSHi XL has a 3.7 l container (max 2,840 ml of liquid) and makes up to ten 260 ml servings per batch according to Ninja – without ice and without blending.

With SlushAssist, the machine senses the ingredients and sets the temperature itself. It also tells you if the drink needs more sugar. Prefer to control it yourself? There are 15 manual temperature settings, from thin and sippable to thick and spoonable.

Six programmes: SlushAssist, Slush, Frozen Juice, Milkshake, Frozen Cocktail and Frozen Cocktail Max. It takes 15–60 minutes depending on ingredients, and the compressor then keeps the drink cold for up to twelve hours according to Ninja.

Available in mocha, pink and green – for parties, summer evenings and big groups.
