Each section fits about 80 ml. Small-ish for a cupcake, but great for poached eggs and treats. I tried baking a 500 g batch of souffle for 23 minutes at 170° (not counting preheating) and they came out perfect, no need for fiddly paper collars. The reversible rack that came with my Foodi would have touched the tops, so I used the second tier alone. It was a bit wobbly, but worked. Would probably work if I placed the tray directly on the bottom of the cooking pot, but I haven't tried that yet.

I love this muffin pan. Fits perfectly into the Ninja and makes narrow, but quite deep, muffins. I've made them on the steam bake setting, which worked perfectly. At the end, the muffins release very easily, too.

How big are the muffins?

Ninja gives no measurements. Buyers describe the cups as fairly small but deep – one buyer estimates about 80 ml each.

Description

A silicone muffin mould with seven cups, shaped to fit Ninja Foodi multi-cookers. Small muffins, egg muffins for breakfast or mini puddings – the mould has a grip in the middle so it's easy to lift out of the pot.

The silicone is soft, so the muffins pop out easily. Compatible with OL550EU, OL650EU, OL750EU, ON400EU, OP100EU, OP300EU, OP350EU, OP450EU (and the UK versions) according to Ninja.
