Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. The watch works with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 14.0 or later. You pair it in Xiaomi's Mi Fitness app, where you also see your workouts, sleep and health readings. Some features, such as replying to messages, may be limited on iPhone.
What is the difference from REDMI Watch 6?
REDMI Watch 6 has a larger display (2.07 inches), an aluminium alloy frame and longer battery life (up to 24 days according to Xiaomi). Lite has a plastic frame with metallic finish. Both have built-in GNSS and calls.
How do calls work?
The watch connects to your phone over Bluetooth, and you answer and talk through the watch's speaker and microphone. Voice calls in third-party apps are not supported, according to Xiaomi.
Can I swim with it?
The watch is water resistant to 5 ATM and handles pool swimming. It is not made for diving, sauna or hot showers.
Is a charger included?
The box contains the watch, a magnetic charging cable and a user guide, according to Xiaomi. A power adapter is not included – the cable works with a standard USB charger or a computer's USB port.
Will the strap fit my wrist?
The included TPU strap fits wrists of about 135–205 mm, according to Xiaomi, and has a quick release so you can swap it.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.

REDMI Watch 6 Lite is for you who want to run, cycle or swim and leave the phone at home. The built-in GNSS receiver uses five satellite systems (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou and QZSS) and records the route in the watch.
The 1.96-inch AMOLED display reaches up to 1,500 nits and can stay always on, and a light sensor adjusts the brightness. According to Xiaomi the 470 mAh battery lasts up to 18 days of light use, 12 days of normal use and 6 days of heavy use.
In the pool a 9-axis sensor recognises your stroke and counts lengths, and the watch shows pace and SWOLF after the session. It is water resistant to 5 ATM and has 150+ sports modes.
The watch is 9.9 mm thin and weighs 27.8 g without the strap. With a speaker and microphone you take calls from your phone, and it works with both Android and iPhone.
