When the cold creeps into your boot
It's usually your toes that give up first, especially sitting still on the lift. With Heat Fusion One you switch the heat on when you need it and off again on the way down.
The battery sits on the cuff
The S-Pack battery snaps on at the top of the sock, above the boot. It doesn't press there and the button is easy to reach.
Wash like ordinary ski socks
Unsnap the batteries, turn inside out and wash in a laundry bag at 30 °C. Dry flat.

Are batteries included?
No, the socks are sold without batteries. They run on Therm-ic S-Pack batteries, which snap onto the cuff: S-Pack 2400, S-Pack 3000B or S-Pack 4000B (the last two can also be controlled with Therm-ic's app via Bluetooth). The batteries are available here in the shop.
Which size should I choose?
Go by your shoe size (EU): 35–36, 37–38, 39–41, 42–44 or 45–47.
How do I wash the socks?
Remove the batteries first. Turn the socks inside out and wash by hand or in the machine in a laundry bag, at 30 °C and 400 rpm at most. No bleach, no fabric softener and no tumble dryer: dry them flat, not on a radiator.
Is the heat safe, and can I sleep in them?
Do not sleep with the heat on. Start on level 1 or 2: Therm-ic advises against leaving level 3 on for more than a few minutes, as the skin can get too warm. Check regularly for redness. If you find it hard to feel heat and cold, for example with diabetes or poor circulation, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a doctor before using them. Children should only use them under adult supervision and on the lowest level.
Can the heat interfere with my avalanche beacon?
Therm-ic notes that, like any electronic device, the product can interfere with an avalanche beacon. Test your gear together before heading off-piste.

Description
Cold toes in your ski boots are usually what ends the day first. Heat Fusion One is Therm-ic's heated sock for the slopes and winter outings: a heating element over the forefoot spreads an even, gentle warmth while you ski.
The battery snaps onto the top of the cuff and you choose between three heat levels with one button. The socks are sold without batteries and fit Therm-ic's S-Pack 2400, 3000B and 4000B. With the S-Pack 2400, heat lasts up to 14 hours on the lowest level, according to Therm-ic.
The snug knit gives support without taking up room in the boot, and padding at the shin, heel and toe protects the spots that rub the most. The synthetic fabric breathes, and the socks can be washed at 30 °C once the batteries are off.
For anyone whose feet freeze on the chairlift, on long winter walks or in the stands.
