Product FAQ
Which size should I choose?
Measure your middle finger from the tip to the crease where it meets the palm (1) and your hand from the fingertip to the wrist crease (2). Therm-ic's size guide, in cm: 6.5 = (1) under 6, (2) under 15 · 7 = 6–7 / 15–15.5 · 7.5 = 7–7.5 / 16–17.5 · 8 = 7–7.5 / 17.5–18 · 8.5 = 7.5–8 / 18–18.5 · 9 = 8.5–9 / 19–19.5 · 9.5 = 9–9.5 / 19–19.5 · 10 = over 9.5 / over 19.5.
How do I charge them?
A Therm-ic USB charging cable is included and charges both batteries at once. A wall adapter is not included: use a USB charger you already have. Do not wear the gloves while they charge.
How do I care for the gloves?
The gloves must never be washed, neither in the machine nor by hand. Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth or a clothes brush. Dry them at 40 °C at most, never in a tumble dryer or on a radiator. Store the batteries half charged, cool (5–20 °C) and disconnected.
Is the heat safe, and can I sleep in them?
Do not sleep with the heat on. Start on level 1 or 2: Therm-ic advises against leaving level 3 on for more than a few minutes, as the skin can get too warm. Check regularly for redness. If you find it hard to feel heat and cold, for example with diabetes or poor circulation, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a doctor before using them. Children should only use them under adult supervision and on the lowest level.
Can I take the batteries on a plane?
The batteries are lithium-ion, about 9.6 Wh each (calculated from voltage and capacity), well below the 100 Wh limit that usually applies in cabin baggage. Loose batteries go in your carry-on, not in checked baggage. Rules vary, so always check with your airline before you travel.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description
Grip Ultra Heat are Therm-ic's tough heated gloves for mountain hikes, ski touring and ice climbing: gloves that handle rock and rope and still let you use your fingers.
The palm is goatskin with Pittards® Armor-tan leather reinforcements and Kevlar® stitching. A 10K/10K membrane keeps water out and lets moisture escape. Primaloft® Gold insulates, 80 g on the palm for dexterity and 266 g on the back of the hand against the cold.
The heat wraps 360° around the fingers with three levels. Batteries are included and give up to 6 hours of heat, according to Therm-ic. A wrist strap keeps cold air out.
For anyone who moves in the mountains and wants warm hands without giving up grip.
