What is an air washer?
An air washer humidifies the air by evaporation from discs rotating in water, and particles like dust are caught in the water. It doesn't replace a HEPA purifier but does two jobs in one unit.
What are the hygiene tablets in the box?
Tablets added to the water as the manual describes to keep the tank clean. Follow the instructions and keep them out of reach of children.
What humidity should I aim for?
Indoors, 40–60 % relative humidity usually feels comfortable. With the radiators on in winter, indoor air can drop to 20–30 %. Set the level you want and let the humidity sensor do the work – above 60 % is rarely needed and can cause condensation on cold windows.
Is it safe with children at home?
The water isn't heated. It weighs over 8 kg with water – place it steadily on the floor.

Description
Robert is Stadler Form's large air washer, for living rooms and open-plan spaces up to 80 m². It humidifies the air by evaporation and cleans it with a set of washable discs that rotate through the water. According to Stadler Form it evaporates up to 550 g of water an hour, over 13 litres a day.
A digital hygrostat holds the humidity you choose. There are four speeds and three modes: auto, night and a purify-only mode. Everything is controlled on the touchscreen.
The tank holds 6.3 litres and the unit switches off when it's empty. The discs come apart and can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher's top rack. No mist, no white dust, and the water isn't heated. There's a fragrance compartment if you want it.
