I would highly recommend the Shark Steam and Scrub Mop. It's very easy to use and is great at tackling even stubborn stains. It's ready to use within seconds. It's quite light-weight, exactly what I was looking for as my previous steam mops still required some degree of force, this just glides across the floor. I have a combination of hard floor, vinyl and ceramic tiles and it works really well on all surfaces. Very happy with this purchase.

Great product, good steamer. Used today on my laminated flooring and in kitchen and toilet, all with different types of flooring in them. Noticed the difference straight away from regular mopping. Brought my floors up a treat and they looked clean. Light weight to push around, rotating pads which glide smoothly along the floor rotating as they clean. Simply fill the water tank with water and turn on. The flex is nice and long too. It also worked on my kitchen floor mats which I steam cleaned too. Great product.

This is excellent on every type of flooring, even textured non-slip tiles. Normally I have to scrub my floor tiles with a scrubbing brush to get the dirt out from between the grooves, but this did the job effortlessly. I was so impressed that I went on to purchase the Shark upright carpet washer as well – and then ended up buying the upright carpet cleaner too! Really powerful cleaning and fantastic results. Highly recommend.

What can I say… what a mop! Effortless cleaning, no need to put your back into it, just move it around and it does the job for you. The washable mop heads are brilliant, they left my floor dirt and streak free. The evidence on the mop heads goes to show how much dirt and grease it picked up that the naked eye just can't see. I bought the Shark Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop to replace my old steam mop, which was a different brand and had served me well for years. I can honestly say I am over the moon with this new one. One of my favourite features is the choice of different steam settings, which makes it easy to adjust depending on the cleaning job. It's incredibly simple to use and glides effortlessly across the floor, unlike my old mop which took a lot more effort to push around. It also comes with spare cleaning pads, which is really handy. The cleaning performance is excellent. I use it at least once a week, and I'm always amazed.

Excellent floor cleaner. I bought one for myself, loved it so much I bought another one for my daughter. The only downside is it's not cordless. I have a big area to clean, and have to keep unplugging it. Cannot fault the end results. It takes a couple of hours to clean my downstairs floors, but they look amazing after I'm done.

Which floors can I use it on?
Sealed hard floors: wood, marble, tiles, stone, laminate and vinyl. Don't use it on oiled, waxed or unsealed floors, and test on a small area first.
Is it cordless?
No, it's corded. You don't need to charge it, but in bigger homes you may need to switch sockets.
Can I put cleaning products in the tank?
Use water only. The steam and the pads do the cleaning.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description
A steam mop where two rotating pads do the scrubbing for you. The pads spin and pull the mop forward, so you hardly need to push – just steer. You fill the tank with ordinary tap water; no cleaning products are needed.
Choose between three modes – light, normal and deep – depending on the floor and how dirty it is. Steam Blaster gives an extra burst of steam over stubborn stains at the push of a button. LED lights at the front reveal dirt, and the swivel steering takes you around table legs and furniture.
The pads are washable and reusable. The steam mop is made for sealed hard floors such as wood, marble, tiles, stone, laminate and vinyl.
