Put it back – the base empties
Every time the vacuum goes into the base, the dust bin is sucked empty and the battery charges. Hair and dust are sealed in the base behind a HEPA filter, and according to Shark the base lasts up to 30 days.
Made for homes with pets
The FurFins tool grabs hair stuck in the sofa, blankets and car seats, and the self-cleaning roll means the fur ends up in the bin instead of around the brush.

How often does the base need emptying?
According to Shark the base holds dust and hair for up to 30 days, depending on how much you vacuum and how much your pets shed.
Does the battery last the whole house?
According to Shark the battery gives up to 40 minutes. It suits short, frequent rounds best – put it back in the base in between and it's always charged. For long sessions in a large home, a model with longer run time suits better.
Does the base need bags?
No, the base is bagless.

Description
A light cordless vacuum for homes with a dog or cat, with a base that empties and charges it after every clean. Put the vacuum back and the dust bin is sucked empty – according to Shark the base holds dust and hair for up to 30 days and has a sealed HEPA filter.
The PowerFins brush roll stays in contact with the floor, FloorDetect switches the roll between carpet and hard floor, and the self-cleaning roll removes hair as you vacuum. LED lights show hair and dirt under the furniture.
The battery gives up to 40 minutes according to Shark, so it suits short, frequent cleaning rounds where it goes back into the base in between. As a handheld you take on the sofa and the cat's favourite blanket with the FurFins tool, and the crevice tool reaches the gaps.
