Put it back – the station does the rest
When the vacuum stands in the station, the dust bin is sucked empty and the battery charges. The dust is sealed in the station, where an odour cartridge keeps smells away, and according to Shark you empty it about every 45 days.
High and low
Lift out the handheld or point the wand up for cornices and door frames. With the motorised hand tool you brush fur out of the sofa and the dog bed.
Little space in the hall
The station is about 37.5 cm wide and the vacuum stands about 114 cm tall in it – just right for a corner of the hall or cleaning cupboard.

★★★★★The best vacuum I've ever owned
I've been really impressed with the Shark PowerDetect Speed Clean cordless vacuum. It's lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and has excellent suction on both carpets and hard floors. The automatic floor detection works brilliantly, and it picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair with ease. I've used it almost every day since getting it and haven't needed to empty the dust bin yet, which has been a pleasant surprise. The flexible design also makes it easy to clean under furniture and in awkward spaces. Overall, this is the best vacuum I've ever owned. It makes cleaning quicker, easier, and much more effective. I would definitely recommend it.

★★★★★Shark PowerDetect IA3241UKT
Upgrade from an old Shark, the difference is huge. It's permanently fully charged and always emptied, since it auto empties whenever it's put back on its stand. The amount of dirt it collects from a floor I thought was clean is disturbing. It performs fantastically on laminate flooring, then auto adjusts for carpet. I thought the light was a gimmick, but it really does highlight pet hair. Emptying the main collection bin is extremely easy. It's not heavy, and comes with a powered small head perfect for stairs. It's not even particularly loud, I'm very happy with this.

★★★★★Brilliant cleaner
A quietly powerful little cleaner. Can recommend for ease of use, suction power, loving the bin function. So pleased with this purchase - 5 stars from me.

★★★★★Best vacuum ever
Was struggling for months with another bad vacuum but now that I've received this it is a night and day difference, the best ever.

★★★★★A really lovely vacuum cleaner
I've now used my cordless vacuum for about 14 days and I'm really satisfied. Before I ordered, I was quite unsure whether it was a proper product. I really have nothing to complain about, and you can feel safe ordering – I was a bit unsure myself about ordering online without knowing or having tried the vacuum first. But a really good vacuum.

Description
A light cordless vacuum for homes with pets, with a charging station that empties it for you. Put the vacuum back after cleaning and the dust bin empties while the battery charges. The station has an odour filter and according to Shark holds dust and debris for up to 45 days.
PowerDetect senses dirt, floor type, edges and direction and adapts the power – according to Shark, FloorDetect and DirtDetect raise it by up to 50% on carpets and dirty areas. The floorhead picks up debris forwards and backwards, and the Reveal light makes dust visible on hard floors. The self-cleaning brush roll keeps hair from tangling.
As a handheld you have a dusting/crevice tool with soft bristles and a motorised hand tool that brushes fur and hair out of the sofa, rugs and fabrics. The battery gives up to 60 minutes in energy-saving mode according to Shark. Available in five colours.
