Easy to control
Start with clean, dry skin, put the mask on and choose a programme with the dial on the remote. The screen shows the running programme, the cooling level and the remaining battery. You can pause whenever you like.
For all skin tones
The mask is shaped to sit comfortably on different faces, with padding at the forehead and temples and straps you adjust yourself.
Its own place between sessions

I got this a few weeks ago. I wasn't too sure about it at first. But after trying it it's a good face mask. My eyes are always looking tired with dark rings but the cooling on this seems to spruce them up. Some reason it makes my face feel fresh after using it. I would definitely recommend it.

I've tried other LED masks before, and had to return them due to the plastic smell (I can't tolerate weird smells very well), so I was really happy when I received the Shark mask and it did not have any smell to it. It has a very straightforward menu, easy to use and definitely does the job it is meant to do. The only downside, it does feel a little heavy at first, but once you get used to it, it is absolutely fine. Would definitely recommend this mask.

How often can I use it?
Follow the instructions. According to Shark, the under-eye cooling can be used several times a day, while the LED programmes are meant for once a day.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the programme and cooling level. Charging takes about 3 hours with the included USB-C cable and adapter.
Does it suit me if I wear glasses or have sensitive skin?
The mask is used without glasses and on clean, dry skin. If you have a skin condition, are sensitive to light or take light-sensitising medication, ask your doctor before you start.
Which colour should I choose?
The mask comes in blue, pink, purple and frosted green – the functions are the same.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Description
A cordless LED mask for your skincare routine at home, with two cooling pads under the eyes. Lie back on the sofa, choose a programme on the remote and the mask keeps the time for you.
The mask has four preset programmes: an under-eye cooling programme (5, 10 or 15 minutes, without LED light and with three cooling levels), a red and infrared light programme (6 minutes), a blue and infrared programme finished with red light (8 minutes) and a shorter maintenance programme with blue, red and infrared light (4 minutes). According to Shark, the light is 415 nm (blue) and 630–830 nm (red and infrared).
The remote has an LCD screen, shows the battery level and counts how many sessions you have done. The mask has padding at the forehead and temples, adjustable straps and silicone eye shields. It charges via USB-C.
