What can I put in the water tank?
Follow the instructions for which water suits your area. Never add perfume, starch, descaler or other additives.
How do I clean the soleplate?
Unplug the iron and let it cool completely. Wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool.
Can I refill while ironing?
Yes, the water tank is removable and can be refilled at any time while ironing.
How does a steam generator differ from an iron?
The steam generator keeps the water tank in the base and works under pressure, so it gives more steam and lasts longer per fill. The iron is also lighter to hold because the water is not in the handle.

For those who iron a lot: a steam generator gives more steam than a regular iron and lets you iron for long without refilling. Steam Power runs at 2,400 W with 4.5 bar pressure.
The shot of steam gives 110 g, and the station is ready in about 60 seconds. The removable water tank holds 1.3 litres and can be refilled while you iron.
An anti-scale cartridge filters the water on its way into the tank, so the station stays fresh longer. The soleplate is stainless steel with a glide coating, and hose and cord store neatly on the base.
