What is the difference between F25 Ultra and F25 Steam?
F25 Ultra has both steam (180 °C) and hot water (86 °C), four modes and app steering while lying flat. F25 Steam has steam but no hot-water mode, and higher suction and longer run time according to Roborock.
When should I choose steam and when hot water?
Steam for dried-in and sticky stains on hard-wearing floors such as tiles and stone. Hot water for grease in the kitchen and by the dining table. Auto mode suits daily cleaning.
Are the steam and water hot?
Yes. The steam and the head get hot in steam and hot-water mode. Keep hands and feet away from the roller, don't let children use it and put it in the dock when you pause. Don't use steam on oiled, waxed or untreated wood.
Which cleaning solution should I use?
A bottle of Roborock floor cleaning solution is included. Use a solution made for wet-and-dry vacuums – ordinary washing-up liquid or foaming products can cause foam in the dirty-water tank.

Description
Four modes for different floors and different dirt. F25 Ultra vacuums and wet-mops in the same pass, and has both a 180 °C steam mode and an 86 °C hot-water mode (according to Roborock) – steam for dried-in stains, hot water for grease in the kitchen and by the dining table.
Choose between Auto, Sponge, Steam and Hot water. Suction is 22,000 Pa according to Roborock, and the dirt sensor (DirTect) adjusts the cleaning to how dirty the floor is. A blue light at the front makes dust visible, and the cleaning solution is dosed automatically – one fill lasts up to 30 days according to Roborock.
The vacuum lies down 180° and can be steered from the app while lying flat, so you get in under beds and sofas without bending. The battery lasts up to 60 minutes according to Roborock and the clean-water tank holds 1 litre.
In the dock the roller is cleaned with steam and hot water and dried with 95 °C hot air. Display, voice alerts and the Roborock app keep you updated.
