Floors first, then the sofa
Start with the kitchen and hall in wet mode. Then lift out the core, attach the wand and mini brush and do the sofa, the stairs and the living-room rug – with the same machine. Everything is stored in the stand next to the dock.
One pass for wet and dry
In wet mode it picks up crumbs and wipes up spills at once. The scrapers keep the roller free of hair, and the vacuum lies flat to reach in under the furniture.
Display, voice and app
The display shows battery and mode, the voice alerts tell you when the tank needs filling or emptying, and in the Roborock app you set water and drying. The cleaning solution is dosed automatically.
Product FAQ
What is the difference between F25 ACE Combo and F25 XT?
ACE Combo converts into a cordless vacuum with tools for rugs and upholstery. F25 XT instead has a dirt sensor that adapts the cleaning – Combo doesn't have one.
Can it wet-clean rugs?
No. Wet mode is for hard floors. You vacuum rugs with the stick vacuum and floor head.
How long does the battery last?
According to Roborock up to 60 minutes in wet mode and up to 65 minutes as a stick vacuum with the 2-in-1 tool, both in Eco mode.
Which floors is it for?
Hard floors such as tiles, stone, vinyl, laminate and lacquered wood. Follow the floor maker's advice on moisture – go easy on water on oiled or untreated wood. It is not made for wall-to-wall carpet.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?
Delivery options and times are on our Delivery page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 3-year right to complain – see the Returns page.
Description
Two machines in one. As a wet-and-dry vacuum F25 ACE Combo looks after the hard floors; lift out the core and it becomes a cordless vacuum for rugs, the sofa, the stairs and the car.
In wet mode it vacuums and wipes in the same pass with 20,000 Pa suction according to Roborock, and the cleaning solution is dosed automatically. The roller has scrapers that keep it free of hair, and the vacuum lies completely flat to reach under furniture. A green light at the front makes dust and fine particles visible.
As a stick vacuum it has 25,000 Pa suction according to Roborock. Included are a multi-surface floor head, a motorised mini brush for upholstery and a 2-in-1 tool, plus a storage stand and a wand holder.
In the dock the roller is rinsed and dried with 90 °C hot air – or in 5 minutes with quick drying. It has a display, voice alerts and can be controlled in the Roborock app.
