Does every piece look the same?

No. Each vase is mouth-blown by hand, so small bubbles, shifts in colour and variations in shape are part of the craft – not flaws.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No, wash it by hand in lukewarm water with a little washing-up liquid and dry with a soft towel.

Description

The Ruutu vase is designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec – a tribute to symmetry and craftsmanship. Each vase takes a full working day for seven glassmakers at the Iittala glassworks in Finland.

The square, diamond-like shape catches and refracts the light. Ruutu looks good alone but even better in a group, in different heights and colours. Hand wash.
