Iittala Leimu lamp

Magnus Pettersen was inspired by modern architecture – concrete and glass – when he created Leimu, and calls the meeting of warm and cold “industrial luxury”. The shape is meant to recall a flickering flame.

The shade is mouth-blown at the Iittala glassworks and rests on a solid concrete base. The lamp is handmade and gives a soft, pleasant light. The smallest model, 240 × 165 mm, fits on a bedside table or a shelf.

Leimu has received an iF Design Award. Choose from three sizes and the colours moss green, copper and grey.
