Which size should I choose?
The vest comes in women's sizes. Heat Experience doesn't publish a measurement chart for this model, so compare with a vest you already own.
Do I need the app?
No. The vest is controlled with the button on four levels. The HeatX app (App Store and Google Play) is only needed for stepless, self-regulating temperature.
How do I wash the vest?
Remove the power bank and put the plastic cap on the USB cable. Close all zips and machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry – no tumble dryer, no ironing – and let the connector dry completely before reconnecting.
Is the heat safe, and can I sleep with it on?
Do not sleep with the heat on. Start on the lowest level and only go higher if needed, and check your skin for redness regularly. If you find it hard to feel heat and cold, for example with diabetes or poor circulation, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a doctor before using the product. Children should only use it under adult supervision. Never charge the batteries unattended and don't use a damaged battery, says Heat Experience.
Can I take the battery on a plane?
The 10,000 mAh power bank is 37 Wh according to Heat Experience, below the usual 100 Wh limit. Loose batteries and power banks go in your carry-on, not in checked baggage. Rules differ between airlines, so always check before you travel.

The women's hunting vest V2 has a breathable waffle-fleece lining, 60 g 3M™ Thinsulate™ and a DWR-treated shell. It is extra long with elastic side panels and deep chest pockets for a hunting radio and GPS.
The vest runs on the HeatX™ 9V system with an included 10,000 mAh power bank. Control the heat with the button (four levels) or in the HeatX app, where the vest can regulate itself to a chosen temperature. Heat Experience states up to 5 hours of heat, and up to 8+ hours of self-regulating heat via the app.
The button sits by the zip under a flap so the light doesn't show. Machine washable. Sizes XS and S in stock.
