Which size should I choose?
The insoles come in 35–37, 38–40, 41–43 and 44–46 and can be trimmed within the size. Measure your current insole, according to Heat Experience: 35 = 231 mm, 37 = 244 mm, 40 = 265 mm, 43 = 284 mm, 46 = 305 mm. Heated insoles take a little more room than ordinary ones.
Do I need the app?
Yes, the heat on these insoles is controlled in the HeatX app (App Store and Google Play).
How do I clean the insoles?
Never submerge them. Wipe with a damp cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap, and let them air dry. Let the charging port dry completely before use.
Is the heat safe, and can I sleep with it on?
Do not sleep with the heat on. Start on the lowest level and only go higher if needed, and check your skin for redness regularly. If you find it hard to feel heat and cold, for example with diabetes or poor circulation, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a doctor before using the product. Children should only use it under adult supervision. Never charge the batteries unattended and don't use a damaged battery, says Heat Experience.
Can I take the battery on a plane?
The batteries are built into the insoles. Heat Experience gives the capacity in mAh but not in Wh. Loose batteries and power banks go in your carry-on, not in checked baggage. Rules differ between airlines, so always check before you travel.

The 1,800 mAh battery is built in and gives up to 10 hours of heat, according to Heat Experience. Charge them wirelessly while they stay in your shoes, or by cable when you take them out. Wireless charger and charging cable included.
Ergonomic arch support, shock-absorbing heel and a pull tab that makes them easy to remove. Can be trimmed. Size 35–37 in stock.
