Which battery should I choose?
48 V 20.8 Ah for V202, T302 Pro and D202. 48 V 17.5 Ah for C202 (step-through and step-over). 36 V 13 Ah for C100 Plus. If unsure, check the label on your current battery.
Is a charger included?
No. Use the charger that came with your bike.
How do I look after the lithium battery?
The battery (48 V 20,8 Ah, 48 V 17,5 Ah eller 36 V 13 Ah, about 468–998 Wh) is a lithium-ion battery. Charge it indoors with the supplied charger, on a dry, fire-safe surface and preferably while you are at home. Let a cold battery reach room temperature before charging. Over winter, store it cool and dry indoors, partly charged, and top it up now and then. Never use a battery that is damaged, swollen or has been under water. Take a worn-out battery to a recycling centre or a shop that collects batteries.
Can I take the battery on a plane?
No, e-bike batteries of this size are not allowed on flights. Check the rules before travelling by train or ferry.

A spare original battery from Eskute gives you longer rides or a replacement when the old one starts to fade. Swap batteries on the way and carry on, or keep a charged one in the hall.
Choose the battery for your bike: 48 V 20.8 Ah fits the V202, T302 Pro and D202, 48 V 17.5 Ah fits the C202 and 36 V 13 Ah fits the C100 Plus. It charges with your bike's usual charger.
It is a lithium-ion battery: charge indoors on a fire-safe surface, store it cool and dry and take a worn-out battery to recycling.
