No, it is made for Osmo Action 6. Osmo Action 3, 4 and 5 Pro have their own waterproof case.
How often should I replace the anti-fog inserts?
Replace them regularly, especially when you go between warm and cold. Six pairs are included.

Description
The waterproof case lets you film and take photos with Osmo Action 6 down to 60 metres. The sealed design withstands high water pressure and waves, so you can focus on the subject when you dive, freedive or surf.
The front is high-strength glass that keeps the image bright and sharp. Six pairs of anti-fog inserts are included – replace them regularly, especially when the temperature changes. Before you jump in, close the camera's battery door and USB-C cover and tighten the case.
