Product FAQ
Does it suit every sauna?
Yes, the bucket and ladle work in wood-fired saunas, electric saunas and sauna tents. Only throw water on the stones when the heater or stove maker allows it.
How much do the bucket and ladle hold?
The bucket holds 5 litres and the ladle 300 ml.
How do I care for the bamboo?
Empty the bucket after the sauna and let bucket and ladle dry. Bamboo is happiest when it is not left standing in water.
Can I add scent to the water?
We do not sell sauna scents, but the bucket works with plain water. If you do, only use products made for saunas and follow their instructions.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?
Delivery options and times are on our Delivery page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 3-year right to complain – see the Returns page.
