How cold does the water get?
That depends on the water you fill it with, how much ice you add and the weather. The bath does not cool by itself – it has no electric chiller – but the walls and lid insulate so the cold lasts longer.
Can I keep it outside in winter?
Yes, Bast says the bath is made for use all year round. Follow the manual on emptying and storing it.
How much space does it need?
The bath is 90 cm in diameter and 82 cm high. Place it on flat, stable ground – it is very heavy when filled.
Are cold dips for everyone?
Cold dips put strain on the body. Start gently, never bathe alone and ask your doctor if you are unsure whether it suits you. Never leave children by the bath unsupervised, and keep the lid on when not in use.

The walls are made of rigid SUP material, 5–8 cm thick, which gives stability and insulates so the cold lasts longer. The bath inflates in under five minutes and is made for use all year round.
