Use the stones in a sauna stove or heater made for sauna stones. Bast does not state the stone size – always check your stove or heater manual for the recommended size and amount.
Is 20 kg enough?

Can I use ordinary stones from nature?
No. Stones from nature can crack or burst when heated. Use stones intended for saunas.
