Yes. The case has a sapphire crystal surface with a conductive layer that passes your finger movements to Camera Control.
Does the case fit other iPhone models?
No, it is made for iPhone 17. Check your model under Settings > General > About.

Description
Apple's silicone case for iPhone 17 has a silky surface that feels good in the hand and a soft microfibre lining inside. It protects against scratches and bumps and keeps the buttons, camera and USB-C port easy to reach.
The built-in magnets align precisely with your iPhone, so the case can stay on when you charge with MagSafe or a Qi2 charger. Camera Control works as usual thanks to a sapphire crystal surface with a conductive layer. The case has attachment points for Apple's Wrist Strap and Crossbody Strap, so you can carry your phone hands-free.
