Product FAQ
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The watch works with Android 7.0 or later and iOS 15.0 or later. You pair it with Amazfit's Zepp app, where you see workouts, sleep and other data. Some features, such as quick replies to messages, only work with Android.
What is in the box, and how do I charge it?
According to Amazfit the box contains the watch with strap, a magnetic charger with a USB-C port and a user guide. A cable and a power adapter are not included: you plug a USB-C cable you already have into the charger, or pick our braided USB-C cable.
Can I pay with the watch?
The watch has NFC for Zepp Pay, Amazfit's contactless payment service. It only works with the banks and cards Zepp Pay supports – check your bank in the Zepp app before relying on the feature.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM and has pool and open-water swimming modes. Avoid sauna and hot showers.
How big is the watch?
The case is 51 × 51 × 14.3 mm and the watch weighs 89.2 g with strap. The strap fits wrists of 145–215 mm. If you have a slim wrist, T-Rex 3 Pro 44 mm may suit you better.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.

Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 is the largest and longest-lasting watch in the T-Rex series – for long trips, mountains and trail races where charging is not an option. Bezel, buttons and back are grade 5 titanium, the display is protected by sapphire glass and the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM.
According to Amazfit the 870 mAh battery lasts up to 30 days of typical use, up to 50 hours with accurate GPS and up to 177 hours in GPS max mode. Dual-band GPS with six satellite systems and offline maps show the way without a phone.
The 1.5-inch AMOLED display reaches up to 3,000 nits. The watch has a built-in flashlight, microphone and speaker for calls, NFC for Zepp Pay and 64 GB of storage (about 26.7 GB available) for maps and music.
