Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The watch works with Android 7.0 or later and iOS 15.0 or later. You pair it with Amazfit's Zepp app, where you see workouts, sleep and other data. Some features, such as quick replies to messages, only work with Android.
What is in the box, and how do I charge it?
According to Amazfit the box contains the watch with strap, a magnetic charger with a USB-C port and a user guide. A cable and a power adapter are not included: you plug a USB-C cable you already have into the charger, or pick our braided USB-C cable.
Can I pay with the watch?
The watch has NFC for Zepp Pay, Amazfit's contactless payment service. It only works with the banks and cards Zepp Pay supports – check your bank in the Zepp app before relying on the feature.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM and has pool and open-water swimming modes. Avoid sauna and hot showers.
Do I still need to charge it?
Yes. According to Amazfit solar charging extends battery life but does not replace normal charging. It depends on light and temperature.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.
How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar is the T-Rex watch that charges from sunlight through both the display and the glass-ceramic back. According to Amazfit the battery lasts up to 25 days of typical use, up to 34 days with three hours of sun on the front and up to 51 days with three hours of sun on the back (measured at 50,000 lux). Solar charging extends battery life but does not replace normal charging.
The bezel and buttons are grade 5 titanium, the display is a 1.32-inch AMOLED with sapphire glass reaching up to 3,000 nits, and the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM. Dual-band GPS with six satellite systems and offline maps make it a watch for mountains, forests and long trips – up to 41 hours with accurate GPS.
The watch has a flashlight, microphone and speaker for calls and NFC for Zepp Pay.
T-Rex Dual Solar works with Android and iPhone through the Zepp app.
