The map on your wrist
Download offline maps, import a route and follow turn-by-turn directions. With dual-band GPS and six satellite systems the position holds better in forests and between tall buildings, and the watch can lead you back the same way.

According to Amazfit one charge lasts up to 27 days of typical use and up to 42 hours with accurate GPS. For multi-day trips there is a max mode of up to 180 hours.
Handles weather, water and wear
The bezel is stainless steel and the glass Gorilla Glass. The watch is water resistant to 10 ATM and certified for freediving to 45 metres, and the four buttons work with gloves on.

The battery life is insane for this watch. Turned off the always on screen, 65 percent battery used for 3 week with one hour daily running with gps.

It was very helpful and accurate in collecting all my trek metrics. I used it in 4 day Inca trail in Peru and 4 day w-trek in Torres Del Paines in Chile. I love it and I highly recommend it for others.

Bought specifically to replace my older, less feature T-Rex 2. This new T-Rex 3 has tons of cool useful features. Highly recommended.

The watch is of great build quality with a premium feel. It has a very smooth, responsive processing chip, with tons of storage and a plethora of fitness apps. After 2 weeks of use, I'm very pleased with the purchase, thus far.

This is the first ever smartwatch I have purchased. Therefore, I can't compare it to anything else. I primarily bought it to track my sleep and my daily exercising. But so far it is a great watch and has many other functions. I received it on a Friday and charged it to 100%. It took 13 days to finally get to 11%. I'm sure this watch can easily make it two whole weeks without charging, of course this was based on my usage, your results may vary depending on how you use it. Overall, very happy.

Product FAQ
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The watch works with Android 7.0 or later and iOS 14.0 or later. You pair it with Amazfit's Zepp app, where you see workouts, sleep and other data. Some features, such as quick replies to messages, only work with Android.
What is in the box, and how do I charge it?
According to Amazfit the box contains the watch with strap, a magnetic charger with a USB-C port and a user guide. A cable and a power adapter are not included: you plug a USB-C cable you already have into the charger, or pick our braided USB-C cable.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM and has pool and open-water swimming modes. Avoid sauna and hot showers.
Can I make calls with T-Rex 3?
No, T-Rex 3 shows calls and messages from your phone but has no speaker for calls. If you want to talk on the watch, look at T-Rex 3 Pro.
Will it fit a slim wrist?
The strap is 22 mm wide and fits wrists of 145–210 mm, according to Amazfit. The case is 48.5 mm, so the watch is fairly large.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.
