Two sensors, one picture
The heart-rate sensor follows heart rate and movement on the wrist or upper arm, the waist sensor follows movement and posture. The Zepp app puts it together into a picture of your session and recovery.
Charge rarely
According to Amazfit the heart-rate sensor lasts up to 11 days and the waist sensor up to 44 days. The charging head is included, the cable is not.
Everything in the app
Sessions, recovery and trends come together in the Zepp app and can sync to Strava, TrainingPeaks and more.

The battery life is incredible! Tracks activity well. Detailed breakdown in the app. Very impressive. It could do with some more sports/activities on the app. Missing quite a lot. It has haptic feedback so would be nice if you could add when you received some at certain points of an exercise, for example on a run and having it vibrate when you hit 1km, 2km etc.

Does it have a screen?
No. Helio Strap Pro has no screen – you see all data in the Zepp app on your phone, or live on a compatible Amazfit watch.
What is in the bundle?
According to Amazfit: the Helio Core Motion HR heart-rate sensor, the Helio Core Motion Waist sensor, a waist clip, a wristband, an upper-arm band, a magnetic charging head (no cable) and a user guide.
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes, with iOS 17.0 or later and Android 8.0 or later through the Zepp app.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, the watch is water resistant to 5 ATM and has pool and open-water swimming modes. Avoid sauna and hot showers.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.

Amazfit Helio Strap Pro is a screenless training band for you who want to follow heart rate, movement and recovery without a watch on your wrist – or as a complement to your watch. The bundle contains two sensors: Helio Core Motion HR with a heart-rate sensor, worn on the wrist or upper arm, and Helio Core Motion Waist, which you clip to your waist and which measures movement and posture.
According to Amazfit the heart-rate sensor lasts up to 11 days and the waist sensor up to 44 days per charge. Heart rate can be broadcast live to compatible Amazfit watches, treadmills, bike computers and fitness apps, and all data comes together in the Zepp app – with no subscription. There are 50+ sports modes in the app.
The heart-rate sensor weighs 11.4 g and is water resistant to 5 ATM. You can sync your sessions on to Strava, TrainingPeaks and more.
