Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. The watch works with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 17.0 or later. You pair it with Amazfit's Zepp app, where you see workouts, sleep and other data. Some features, such as quick replies to messages, only work with Android.
What is in the box, and how do I charge it?
According to Amazfit the box contains the watch with strap, a magnetic charger with a USB-C port and a user guide. A cable and a power adapter are not included: you plug a USB-C cable you already have into the charger, or pick our braided USB-C cable.
Can I pay with the watch?
The watch has NFC for Zepp Pay, Amazfit's contactless payment service. It only works with the banks and cards Zepp Pay supports – check your bank in the Zepp app before relying on the feature.
Can I swim with it?
Yes, the watch is water resistant to 10 ATM and has pool and open-water swimming modes. Avoid sauna and hot showers.
Titanium or stainless steel – what is the difference?
Titanium Black has a grade 5 titanium frame and case and weighs 55 g. Stainless Steel has a stainless steel frame and weighs 62 g. Display, battery and features are the same.
Can the watch replace a doctor or detect illness?
No. The watch is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and other readings are estimates for following your own training and everyday life. Contact a healthcare provider if you have symptoms or questions about your health.

Amazfit Balance 3 is the large all-round watch with sapphire glass, a flashlight and 64 GB of storage – for you who want the same watch at work, at the gym and on the trail. You choose a grade 5 titanium case (55 g) or stainless steel (62 g).
The 1.5-inch AMOLED display reaches up to 3,000 nits. According to Amazfit the 658 mAh battery lasts up to 21 days of typical use and up to 41 hours with accurate GPS. Dual-band GPS with six satellite systems and offline maps help you find your way without your phone.
The watch has a microphone and speaker for Bluetooth calls, NFC for Zepp Pay and a white and red flashlight. It is water resistant to 10 ATM and passes Amazfit's tests for pressure, heat, cold, vibration and impact.
Balance 3 works with Android 8.0 and iOS 17.0 or later through the Zepp app.
